Get out of your head and into your earthbody! This silly workshop is for anyone wanting to practice connection to their innate creatureliness and the little scientist within them. Come ~ground~ yourself in nature with accessible/adaptable games and exercises followed by juicy debriefs to process what we're learning about our nature as we play outside.
